How to use

• Spray into the air around your bedroom to create a relaxing and calming bedroom environment before going to sleep
• Spray at least 15inch away from your bedding
• Do not spray directly onto your pillowcase to avoid any stains on bedding, or any furnishing or near heat.
• Customise to your preferences - a couple of sprays will give a light, subtle scent, or use 4-5 sprays for a stronger scent
