How it works
Send us your photos and we'll turn you and your family, team or group into elves!
We take your photos and adjust the lighting (if necessary) and fit the face perfectly to suit the elf.
Please name your photos with the name you'd like to personalise your mug with so that we know what name goes with which face. If you are unable to do this, please leave us a message in your checkout window or email us to hello@thelittlepicturecompany.co.uk and let us know which face belongs to which photo. We will place photos of children on the mini mugs unless instructed otherwise.
What if my I don't like the way my photo turns out?
For best results, please refer to the photo upload guide in the images. We will contact you if we think that a different photo is required. You can request to see a mock up of your order before it's made to ensure that you're happy with the way that each elf looks. This way you can be certain you'll be happy with the result.
What if I want a different combination of mugs than what is available?
The order options are standard, but we are able to offer any combination of Regular and mini mugs. Please get in touch with us via email to hello@thelittlepicturecompany.co.uk so that we can create a custom order for you.
