We will draw to a photo provided by you - simply order and upload images or we can work from Google street view (see below for full instructions).
Your illustration will be hand-drawn line sketch of the property, not a computer generated image, so we can add/remove things you don’t want and we won't include dustbins, satellite dishes etc. We sketch the view from the photograph (ie the same perspective). It’s a simplified drawing of the house and we cannot include people in the drawing.
The line drawing is placed on a hand drawn map of the area which includes the main roads, and areas of landscape (ie parks, rivers, towns) shown as blocks of colours.
How to provide a photo:
Simply upload your photo to your order with the 'Upload Your Photo' option. If you are having problems email it to support@letterfest.com
To use Google Street View, go to Google.com, click on ‘Maps’ and enter the address. Click on the street view of the road or drag the yellow stick man onto the map. Use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click the link icon, copy the link and send it to support@letterfest.com
To give us guidance of the map area you want, take a screenshot of the area on google maps and upload that as well.
If you've asked for a digital proof, your illustration will be sent to you via email for you to check. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.

Our frames are all handmade in the UK from solid wood with a 2cm wide profile- choose from 3 styles (see image thumbnail for colours). Supplied with integrated hanging hook and Pilkington glass (extra large frames are glazed with high grade UV perspex for glare reduction and safe shipping).
