To guarantee complete accuracy we now use bespoke filters on the computer to turn your treasured photo into a pencil sketch style illustration. Please enlarge image thumbnails for examples of the style - it is a linear illustration with added pencil strokes and shading. We can include or exclude the background behind the people, just let us know when ordering. The image can be whatever you want, a formal pose or a more relaxed moment.
We can also print names, date or a message underneath the illustration in a handwriting style.
If you've asked for a digital proof, your illustration will be emailed to you for you to check. We will only be able to make small amends such as cropping and depth of shading (rather than changing face shape etc!)

Computer generated illustration, digitally printed on a soft stone colour background, on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount.
Our frames are all handmade in the UK from solid wood with a 2cm wide profile- choose from 3 styles (see image thumbnail for colours). Supplied with integrated hanging hook and Pilkington glass (extra large frames are glazed with high grade UV perspex for glare reduction and safe shipping).
