ABOUT BAKED!
Each doughnut is glazed, dipped and decorated by hand, using our top-secret gluten free recipe, and baked fresh to order from our dedicated kitchen.
Our kitchen has been custom-built specifically for our new Baked doughnut collection. We have strict procedures in place to ensure no gluten enters the building. The doughnuts are baked to a gluten free recipe, we use only gluten free ingredients. We are currently in the process of getting our products and premises certified by Coeliac UK. Watch this space!

All Baked doughnuts are created to a gluten free recipe and made in our dedicated kitchen which does not contain any gluten. All measures are taken to avoid cross contamination, and we are in the process of getting our kitchen certified by Coeliac UK. Due to this, we are advising that our products are currently not suitable for coeliac allergy sufferers.
NUTS
Due to the handling of nuts in our kitchen, we advise that nut allergy sufferers do not consume our products.
