Finca La Barca is a special smoked olive oil made from the Arbequina olive variety. It has been smoked using the traditional method of the Extremadura's region of La Vera, with holm oak wood, in a process taking over 15 days.
The production of this oil is strictly limited to the capacity of a single olive farm, in Toledo, each bottle numbered and closed with sealing wax. A great gift for discerning gourmets
This is olive oil creamy and delicate, aromas of banana and grass with a creamy, ripe olive fruit flavour balanced by a subtle smokiness. On the palate, it presents a pleasant peppery finish and low bitterness.
